All good things must come to an end.

It's been a long time coming, but Sakura-Crisis is now officially dead. I don't have the energy to take care of it anymore, and both Sakura & Crisis have been basically gone for a long time. It's sad to see it go.

The bittorrent tracker was disabled the other day due to my host cracking down and me not wanting to get my account disabled, so your best bet for finding anything now would be to try IRC somewhere. Our IRC channels have also officially been unregistered.

So here's where we say goodbye, and a huge thanks to everyone who's helped out with this project in the past what, four, five years? Translators, scanners, editors, and you guys, the fans who kept us going.


This comm will live simply for archival purposes of fanworks, posting access will be restricted from now on.


Once again, thank you to everyone and see ya on the flipside!

I'm really sad this happened, but I'm still so grateful that you guys kept the site up for so many years. Your site was one of the first scanlation sites I found and it was definitely my favorite one for all these years. I want to thank you for all your hard work, I loved your site so much.

I'm sorry to hear that S-C is now closed. One of your projects was my very first yaoi manga. Thank You to everyone that brought us all the great scanlations over the years.

Awww~ This is a sad day indeed. But at least we still have the wonderful feelings that all these great works inspired that were provided by a great scanlation group.

I hope that you guys succeed in whatever future endeavors you decide to undertake.

I cannot say all that I want to say. Goodbye, and Thank you to all the staff for working so hard and so swell for all these years (a bit more than four years I think). You've introduced me to this interraction side of the web and made it so much more than just a place to check mail and read fanfiction. Thank you.

I will go inform the message board of this. Speaking of which, it has not been closed nor disabled but now seem obsolete. Should or will it be closed?

I'd like to say a big filled with admiration thank you! and well done to the whole staff of S-C ,it got me on the yaoi road and it was my source of everything !
This group has so many good people and i wish it could have stayed even without more manga , thank you guys ,thanks a lot :)

SC was the first scanlation site I found, and reading your scanlations makes my day any time! I now own practically all of Kaori Yuki's manga, and for that I thank you. It has been wonderful and I am really sad to see it go.

thanks so much. you guys introduced me to kaori yuki. and made me fall in love with boys next door. and yaoi in general. it's so sad that you guys are closing but your scanlations will still live in my computer! :) haha. thanks so much for your hard work and dedication to scanning, editing, and translating. and hosting the projects...just everything.

;_; Its such a horrible shame that you guys have to close Sakura-Crisis.
I cant explain how grateful I am to you for giving me access to manga I would have never known about otherwise. I really enjoyed everything that got translated, especially all the Kaori Yuki. And most of all, I loved that I could trust you guys not to give my computer all kinds of viruses when I downloaded things.
Best of luck in future projects/life/etc. :D ♥ ♥ ♥ You made a lot of people really happy.

I'm so sad to see you guys go, but thank you so much for scanlating so many great manga series; especially Count Cain and other works by Kaori Yuki, who has become my favorite manga-ka~ <3
